Make sure that the name on your ticket matches the name on your ID card. Mandala Airlines reserves the right to deny boarding for any passenger whose ticket shows a name different to that on the passenger�s ID. Additionally, such a ticket holder would not be covered by insurance in the case of any unfortunate incidents.

Please reconfirm your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure. If you fail to reconfirm your booking it will be cancelled automatically by the pre-flight check staff.

Please register at the check-in counter two hours before the scheduled flight departure to avoid lengthy queues. Check-in counters will close 30 minutes before departure and passengers arriving late will not be able to fly.
